Q: Can any product be exported?
A: There are no restrictions set by us; however, products that are prohibited for export by the Japanese government or to specific foreign companies cannot be exported. Additionally, products that are restricted by the regulations of the destination country cannot be exported. If you are unsure, please feel free to use our export regulation check service in advance.
Q2: Can I request a small quantity, such as samples?
A: Yes, it is possible

A: We only offer B2B services; however, depending on the nature of your request, we may be able to assist. Please feel free to contact us for further discussion.
Q4: Is there a cost for the quotation?
A: No, there is no charge. Please feel free to contact us.
Q5: Can I make a one-time request?
A: Yes, it is possible.
Q6: What methods do you use for export?
A: We will propose either sea freight (container transport (FCL) / less than container load (LCL)) or air freight, depending on your preferences.
Q7: Is it possible to ship with refrigeration or freezing?
A: Yes, we can arrange it. However, there may be cases where we are unable to accommodate this request.
Q8: If there are export restrictions, can the product still be exported?
A: It depends on the situation. If export is prohibited due to regulations, it cannot be exported. However, if certificates or other documents are required, export is possible as long as the necessary paperwork is provided during customs clearance.
Q9: What languages can you support?
A: We can support Japanese and English.
